How does ordering work?

Browse the catalog, add items to your cart and send us a free quote request. We confirm availability, print options and final pricing — no payment is taken on the site. Once you approve the quote, we fulfil and ship.

What are the minimum order quantities?

Quantity discounts kick in from 25 units for most items, and become most attractive from 100 units. Smaller orders are often possible — ask us.

Can I add my logo?

Yes. Most items support at least one print or decoration technique — screen print, pad print, embroidery, laser engraving or full-colour digital. Techniques and print areas are listed on each product page.

How fast is delivery?

Blank (undecorated) in-stock items typically ship in 2–5 business days after quote acceptance. Decorated products take 7–15 business days depending on technique and quantity.

Where do you ship?

All EU countries, the UK and Switzerland. Shipping costs are confirmed with your quote.

What logo file format should I send?

Vector files (PDF, AI, EPS or SVG) are best — they scale cleanly for any print technique. High-resolution PNG (300 DPI at print size) also works for most decorations. We'll confirm your artwork's suitability when we reply to your quote.
