Lead times

Most in-stock items ship within 2–5 business days after quote acceptance. Decorated products (print, embroidery) typically take 7–15 business days depending on technique and quantity.

Where we ship

We deliver across the EU, UK and Switzerland. Shipping costs are confirmed with your quote.

Returns

Decorated (custom-printed) products are made to order and not returnable. Blank items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please report any damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery, with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
